This is a high heat index alert, yesterdays high humidity and 90 + degrees resulted in a heat index reading last night at 7.00 of 107 degrees and still at 8:00 it was 101 degrees. My weather station even posted a caution, something I don't remember ever seeing before!
NOAA's site states the following, "The Heat Index Chart shaded zone above 105°F (orange or red) shows a level that may cause increasingly severe heat disorders with continued exposure or physical activity". http://www.nws.noaa.gov/os/heat/index.shtml#heatindex
Stay cool and watch your kids and old folks for signs of over heating, the forecast shows it going into the danger zone again today.
Possible rain today and tomorrow more likely not until Sunday or Monday which means the temperatures will still be in the 90's over the weekend.
