This week at the Hacienda

Sorry to report that there will be No Monday dinner and movie this week.

But the good news is that we will have Cooking Classes by Chef Jeff Shepley from
10:00 am till 12 noon on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. Chef Jeff is
now the Executive Chef at the Cushing Street Grill in Tucson. Lunch will follow
the class each day on the portal. The cost per class, including iva and lunch is
$25. Have a great time with your friends, super lunch and take home some really
great recipes.

Thursday at 1:00 pm, we will be having a Trunk Showing of the Georgia Fletcher
Jewelry Collection.
It is carried by only the finest venues in the U.S. and this will be its first
showing in Mexico. There will also be a "Shawl Show" with the creations of
Gretel Underwood of Santa Fe. Enjoy a glass of wine and these beautiful, made
for Alamos Shawls.

Saturday evening at 6:00 pm we are going to introduce, to the community, our two
new Hacienda Suites. San Eduardo and Santa Maria, along with a preview look at
Terrace Grill. It will open mid-December. The elevator is soon to be in
operation, but for now you will need comfortable shoes to make the hike up.
Please enter by the front entrance of the Hacienda.

We are also very pleased and proud to show, for the first time, the mural in
Santa Maria by Daan Hoestra.

From there you are invited to the opening of "El Agave Cafe & Galerie." El Agave
will serve breakfast and lunch daily and No reservations are needed! Starting
Monday 12 noon we will inaugurate our new lunch menu with lots of tasty new
salads and some old favorites as well. Daan has also done Mexican Style Murals
for the Cafe, which we can't wait to show you. Have a complimentary Margarita
and enjoy some Mexican & North American Music by Trio Azul. The El Agave may be
booked for private meetings any day from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at no charge and will
also host the History Club on Thursday mornings. Wireless Internet is available
as well as newspapers and the latest Magazines from the U.S. & Mexico. Made to
order lattes and specialty coffees will also be served all day. El Agave will be
open starting Monday morning from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Portal of the Cafe
features a new Stone Fireplace to keep you warm if you perfer to dine outside
and view the fountain and the flowers.

Dinner by reservation will still be held nightly, with music by Los Hacendados.
Drinks from the Cantina may always be ordered at El Agave Cafe or with your
dinner on the Sugar Mill Patio or in one of the four dining rooms with
fireplaces. Once again we thank you for all of your support of our endeavors.

The Emilia Castillo Silver Festival will be held in Feb. More news on that later.
