Winter Salad of Pears, Chopped Honey Roasted Pecans, Dried Cranberries, and Goat Cheese over "Baby" Winter Greens from our Garden. Served with a Balsamic Reduction Vinaigrette.
Slow Roasted to Perfection "Standing Prime Rib Roast" with Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary, Thyme, and Butter Roasted Garlic Cloves, served with Horseradish Crème Fraîche Smashed Potatoes,
Oven Roasted Carrots with Shallots, Fresh Rosemary, Green and Black olives, and Lemon Zest.
